Affiliate & Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 26/08/2026
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the Sendtric Affiliate Program (“Program”).
The Program is operated by Noosa Labs, Inc., doing business as Sendtric (“Sendtric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and is administered using the Affonso affiliate platform.
By applying for, joining, accessing, or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Affiliate Terms and the Sendtric Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as applicable.
If you do not agree to these Affiliate Terms, you must not participate in the Program.
1. Program Purpose
The Program allows approved Affiliates to promote Sendtric and potentially earn commissions for eligible customers referred to Sendtric through authorized referral links, coupon codes, or other tracking methods provided through the Program.
Participation in the Program does not guarantee any commissions, earnings, minimum payments, or continued participation.
2. Eligibility and Approval
You must provide accurate and complete information when applying for or participating in the Program.
Sendtric may approve or reject any Affiliate application at its discretion.
We may request additional information regarding you, your business, websites, social media accounts, promotional methods, traffic sources, or intended use of the Program before or after approving your participation.
You must keep your account and payment information accurate and current.
Unless expressly approved by Sendtric, you may maintain only one Affiliate account.
You may not create multiple Affiliate accounts, use multiple identities, or otherwise attempt to circumvent Program restrictions.
3. Affiliate Relationship
Your participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, fiduciary, or representative relationship between you and Sendtric.
You are an independent participant responsible for your own business activities, expenses, taxes, marketing activities, and legal obligations.
You have no authority to enter into agreements on behalf of Sendtric, make commitments on behalf of Sendtric, or represent that you are an employee, agent, authorized representative, or official partner of Sendtric.
4. Referral Tracking and Attribution
Eligible referrals are tracked using the tracking technology and attribution rules used by Sendtric and its affiliate platform provider.
Referral attribution may use referral links, tracking parameters, cookies, coupon codes, or other technical mechanisms.
The applicable cookie duration, attribution model, commission rate, qualifying products, and other Program-specific settings may be displayed within the Affiliate portal.
Sendtric’s records and the records generated by its payment and affiliate tracking systems will be used to determine referral and commission eligibility, subject to correction where we identify an error.
A click, signup, referral, or transaction appearing within the Affiliate portal does not by itself guarantee that it is eligible for commission.
Sendtric may investigate referrals and transactions before approving commissions.
5. Qualifying Referrals
A referral generally qualifies for commission only where:
- the prospective customer is genuinely introduced to Sendtric through the Affiliate’s legitimate promotional activity;
- the referral is properly attributed to the Affiliate under the Program’s tracking rules;
- the customer is a genuine new customer or otherwise qualifies under the applicable Program offer;
- the customer’s payment is successfully received by Sendtric;
- the transaction has not been refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, cancelled, or determined to be fraudulent;
- the Affiliate has complied with these Affiliate Terms; and
- the referral has not been generated through a prohibited activity.
Sendtric may determine that a referral or transaction is ineligible where there is reasonable evidence that it does not represent a genuine qualifying referral.
6. Commissions
Commission rates and structures may vary by Affiliate, group, product, subscription, promotion, or other criteria.
The applicable commission structure will normally be displayed within the Affiliate portal or otherwise communicated to you.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, commissions are calculated on eligible amounts actually received by Sendtric, excluding taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, disputed amounts, and other non-qualifying amounts.
Sendtric may establish minimum payout thresholds and commission holding periods.
A commission shown as pending or estimated has not yet been finally approved for payment.
7. Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals
Commissions associated with transactions that are refunded, cancelled, reversed, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be ineligible may be cancelled or reversed.
If a commission has already been paid in relation to such a transaction, Sendtric may offset the amount against future commissions or, where appropriate, request repayment.
8. Prohibited Paid Advertising
Unless Sendtric gives you prior written authorization, you may not use paid advertising to promote Sendtric or your Sendtric referral link.
This prohibition includes, without limitation:
- Google Ads;
- Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads;
- Yahoo advertising;
- paid search advertising;
- paid social advertising;
- display advertising;
- native advertising;
- sponsored listings;
- retargeting or remarketing advertising; and
- any other paid traffic acquisition method that directs users to Sendtric or uses your Sendtric referral link.
You may not use any Sendtric-owned or Sendtric-controlled domain, URL, page, or referral link as the destination URL, final URL, display URL, tracking URL, redirect destination, or landing page of a paid advertisement without prior written authorization.
Traffic generated in violation of this section is not eligible for commission.
9. Prohibited Brand Bidding
You may not bid on, purchase, target, or otherwise use Sendtric trademarks, brand names, product names, domain names, or confusingly similar terms as keywords or targeting criteria in paid advertising.
Prohibited terms include, without limitation:
- Sendtric;
- Sendtric.com;
- misspellings or variations of Sendtric;
- combinations containing the Sendtric name;
- Sendtric product or service names; and
- terms intended to capture users specifically searching for Sendtric.
You may not attempt to compete with Sendtric’s own advertising or organic listings for Sendtric-branded searches.
You may not use negative keyword strategies, match-type configurations, redirects, or other techniques designed to circumvent this restriction.
10. Search Engine and Domain Restrictions
You may not:
- register or use a domain name containing “Sendtric” or a confusingly similar variation;
- register misspellings or typographical variations of Sendtric;
- create subdomains, social accounts, profiles, pages, or properties that falsely appear to be operated by Sendtric;
- use Sendtric trademarks in page titles or metadata in a misleading manner;
- impersonate Sendtric in search results;
- create pages designed primarily to intercept users searching specifically for Sendtric and redirect them through an Affiliate link; or
- engage in domain squatting, typo-squatting, search-engine manipulation, or similar practices.
Legitimate editorial content discussing or reviewing Sendtric is permitted provided it complies with these Affiliate Terms and does not misleadingly represent itself as an official Sendtric property.
11. Cookie Stuffing and Forced Attribution
You may not artificially cause a visitor to become attributed to you.
Prohibited activities include:
- cookie stuffing;
- forced clicks;
- hidden links;
- hidden images or pixels used to trigger referral tracking;
- invisible or hidden iframes;
- automatic redirects through Affiliate links;
- popups or popunders that automatically trigger Affiliate tracking;
- scripts that automatically open or request Affiliate links;
- browser extensions that insert or overwrite Affiliate tracking without clear user action;
- toolbars or software that automatically apply Affiliate attribution;
- injecting referral parameters into URLs;
- overwriting another Affiliate’s legitimate attribution;
- using malware, adware, spyware, or similar software;
- misleading users into clicking referral links; and
- any technique intended to create attribution without a genuine, intentional referral interaction.
Affiliate tracking must result from genuine promotional activity and a deliberate user interaction.
12. Self-Referrals
Self-referrals are prohibited unless Sendtric expressly authorizes them in writing.
You may not earn commission from:
- your own Sendtric account;
- purchases made by you;
- accounts created primarily for your own use;
- accounts created using another email address that you control;
- transactions made using payment methods that you control;
- referrals created through another Affiliate account that you control; or
- arrangements intended primarily to obtain a commission or discount on your own Sendtric purchases.
Sendtric may use reasonable indicators such as account information, payment information, IP addresses, device information, business relationships, and usage patterns when investigating potential self-referrals.
13. Artificial, Fraudulent and Incentivized Activity
You may not artificially generate clicks, referrals, accounts, trials, purchases, or commissions.
This includes:
- bots or automated traffic;
- click farms;
- purchased clicks intended primarily to generate Affiliate attribution;
- fake accounts;
- duplicate accounts;
- fabricated identities;
- fraudulent payment methods;
- coordinated activity intended to manipulate Program metrics;
- scripts or automation that generates clicks or signups;
- misleading incentives;
- paying users solely to create qualifying transactions;
- offering unauthorized cashback, rebates, rewards, or commission sharing;
- purchasing Sendtric subscriptions on behalf of supposed referrals; and
- any other activity designed primarily to generate commissions rather than genuine customer acquisition.
Traffic exchanges, paid-to-click services, automated browsing services, and similar traffic-generation schemes are prohibited.
14. Existing Customers and Leads
Unless Sendtric expressly states otherwise, Affiliates should not expect commission for referring:
- existing Sendtric customers;
- customers already attributed to another Affiliate;
- duplicate accounts belonging to an existing customer;
- customers who create a new account primarily to generate Affiliate commission;
- accounts that Sendtric reasonably determines are part of the same customer organization as an existing account; or
- transactions otherwise excluded under the applicable Program rules.
The Program’s applicable attribution rules will determine eligibility where multiple Affiliates or marketing channels are involved.
15. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You must not promote Sendtric through spam or unlawful unsolicited communications.
You must comply with all applicable email, electronic communications, privacy, and anti-spam laws.
You may not:
- send unsolicited bulk email promoting Sendtric;
- use purchased, scraped, harvested, or unlawfully obtained contact lists;
- send misleading commercial messages;
- conceal or falsify sender information;
- send communications that falsely appear to originate from Sendtric; or
- use Sendtric trademarks in a manner that could cause recipients to believe Sendtric sent or authorized a message when it did not.
16. Social Media Promotion
You may promote Sendtric through legitimate social media activity provided that your activity complies with these Affiliate Terms and the rules of the applicable platform.
You may not:
- impersonate Sendtric;
- create accounts that could reasonably be mistaken for official Sendtric accounts;
- falsely claim to be Sendtric;
- falsely claim an official partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or employment relationship;
- spam comments, messages, groups, or communities;
- use automated engagement or messaging tools in violation of platform rules; or
- make misleading claims regarding Sendtric.
Where required by law, your Affiliate relationship with Sendtric must be clearly disclosed.
17. Affiliate and Endorsement Disclosures
You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer protection, and disclosure laws.
Where your relationship with Sendtric could affect the credibility or weight consumers give to your recommendation, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may receive compensation from Sendtric.
Disclosures must be reasonably noticeable and understandable to the audience and must not be hidden solely within terms, footers, profile pages, or other locations consumers are unlikely to see before acting on the recommendation.
Examples may include statements such as:
“Affiliate link. I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”
You are responsible for determining the disclosures required in the jurisdictions in which you operate or promote Sendtric.
18. Misleading or Deceptive Promotion
You must accurately represent Sendtric and its products.
You may not:
- make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims;
- misrepresent Sendtric’s pricing, features, availability, performance, security, compliance, guarantees, or capabilities;
- advertise discounts, promotions, coupon codes, or offers that do not exist or have expired;
- falsely claim that Sendtric has endorsed your business;
- falsely claim exclusivity or a special relationship with Sendtric;
- create fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements;
- misrepresent your personal experience with Sendtric;
- impersonate Sendtric employees or representatives;
- use deceptive countdowns, scarcity claims, or other misleading promotional techniques; or
- engage in conduct reasonably likely to damage Sendtric’s reputation or mislead customers.
19. Coupon and Discount Promotion
You may only promote Sendtric coupons, discounts, promotions, or special offers that Sendtric has authorized for Affiliate use.
You may not:
- invent coupon codes;
- advertise expired coupons as valid;
- publish unauthorized discounts;
- misrepresent standard pricing as a special Affiliate discount;
- submit unauthorized Sendtric coupons to coupon websites;
- automatically inject coupon codes into customer checkout sessions; or
- use browser extensions or similar technology to claim attribution from customers you did not genuinely refer.
20. Trademark and Brand Usage
Sendtric grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use approved Sendtric names, logos, and marketing materials solely for legitimate participation in the Program.
You must follow any branding instructions provided by Sendtric.
You may not:
- modify Sendtric logos in a misleading manner;
- claim ownership of Sendtric intellectual property;
- incorporate Sendtric trademarks into your business or product name;
- use Sendtric branding in a manner suggesting that your website or business is operated by Sendtric;
- register Sendtric trademarks, names, or logos with any platform or authority; or
- sublicense Sendtric intellectual property.
All goodwill arising from your permitted use of Sendtric trademarks belongs to Sendtric.
Permission to use Sendtric intellectual property ends immediately when your participation in the Program ends.
21. Content and Website Standards
You may not promote Sendtric through websites, applications, accounts, or content that:
- is unlawful;
- promotes fraud or deceptive practices;
- contains malware or malicious software;
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- promotes illegal products or services;
- contains unlawful discriminatory or hateful content;
- contains sexually exploitative content;
- promotes violence or illegal activity; or
- could reasonably cause significant reputational harm to Sendtric.
Sendtric may determine whether a promotional method or property is unsuitable for participation in the Program.
22. Sub-Affiliates and Affiliate Networks
You may not distribute Sendtric Affiliate links through sub-affiliate networks, affiliate networks, referral marketplaces, or other intermediaries without prior written authorization from Sendtric.
You remain responsible for the activities of any approved sub-affiliates acting under your Affiliate relationship.
You may not permit another person to use your Affiliate account or tracking credentials to circumvent Program eligibility or these Affiliate Terms.
23. Tracking Manipulation
You may not interfere with, manipulate, reverse engineer, circumvent, or exploit the Program’s tracking or attribution systems.
This includes attempts to:
- manipulate referral parameters;
- falsify referrer information;
- manufacture click identifiers;
- manipulate cookies or local storage;
- repeatedly trigger tracking endpoints;
- exploit attribution bugs;
- overwrite legitimate attribution;
- generate artificial tracking events; or
- otherwise obtain commission through a technical behavior that does not represent a genuine referral.
If you discover a vulnerability, attribution issue, or technical behavior that could improperly generate Affiliate credit, you must not exploit it.
You should report suspected tracking issues to Sendtric.
24. Privacy and Personal Data
You must comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws when participating in the Program.
You may not collect, process, disclose, sell, or otherwise use personal information obtained through your Affiliate activities unlawfully.
You may not attempt to access personal information about referred Sendtric customers beyond information legitimately provided to you through the Program.
You are independently responsible for any personal information you collect through your own websites, marketing activities, or services.
25. Compliance With Laws and Platform Rules
You must comply with all laws, regulations, advertising standards, industry rules, and third-party platform policies applicable to your Affiliate activities.
This includes, where applicable, requirements concerning:
- advertising and consumer protection;
- endorsements and Affiliate disclosures;
- privacy and data protection;
- electronic marketing and anti-spam;
- intellectual property;
- taxation; and
- unfair or deceptive commercial practices.
26. Monitoring and Verification
Sendtric may monitor Affiliate activity to protect the integrity of the Program.
Where we identify unusual or potentially prohibited activity, we may investigate traffic sources, referral patterns, click information, conversion patterns, account information, and other reasonably relevant information.
We may request information from you regarding:
- where and how you promote Sendtric;
- websites or social accounts used for promotion;
- advertising campaigns;
- traffic sources;
- referral activity; or
- specific customers or transactions.
You agree to reasonably cooperate with investigations concerning suspected Program abuse.
Failure to provide reasonably requested information may result in commissions being held while the matter is investigated or your participation being suspended or terminated.
27. Holding and Reviewing Commissions
Sendtric may temporarily place commissions or payouts on hold where reasonably necessary to investigate:
- suspected fraud;
- prohibited traffic sources;
- unusual referral activity;
- chargebacks or payment disputes;
- potential violations of these Affiliate Terms;
- tracking errors;
- duplicate transactions; or
- other circumstances reasonably affecting commission eligibility.
A temporary hold does not necessarily mean that Sendtric has determined that the Affiliate violated these Affiliate Terms.
Following review, eligible commissions will be released in accordance with the Program’s normal payout process.
28. Rejection of Invalid Referrals and Commissions
Sendtric may reject referrals or decline commissions that it reasonably determines resulted from:
- fraud;
- self-referral;
- prohibited advertising;
- cookie stuffing;
- artificial traffic;
- tracking manipulation;
- misleading promotion;
- duplicate accounts;
- unauthorized incentives;
- violation of these Affiliate Terms; or
- transactions that otherwise do not meet the Program’s eligibility requirements.
Where reasonably practicable, decisions will be based on available tracking, account, transaction, and other relevant evidence.
29. Payments
Payments are made according to the payout schedule, minimum threshold, payment method, and other requirements applicable to the Program.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information.
Sendtric is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate payment information, missing tax documentation, payment-provider delays, or circumstances outside Sendtric’s reasonable control.
Any transaction or payment-provider fees allocated to Affiliates under the applicable Program settings may be deducted from payouts.
30. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and paying taxes applicable to your Affiliate earnings.
Sendtric may require tax forms, invoices, identification, or other information where required by law or reasonably necessary to process payments.
Sendtric may withhold amounts where required by applicable law.
31. Suspension and Termination
Either party may end the Affiliate relationship at any time.
Sendtric may suspend or terminate your participation immediately where we reasonably believe you have:
- violated these Affiliate Terms;
- engaged in fraud or abusive activity;
- created legal, security, financial, or reputational risk;
- manipulated Program tracking;
- engaged in prohibited promotional activity; or
- otherwise misused the Program.
Sendtric may also discontinue an Affiliate relationship or the Program for business reasons unrelated to Affiliate misconduct.
Upon termination:
- you must stop using Affiliate links and Sendtric Affiliate materials;
- you must stop representing yourself as a Sendtric Affiliate;
- your right to use Sendtric intellectual property ends; and
- future referrals will not qualify for commission.
Unless termination results from fraud or other conduct that makes a commission ineligible under these Affiliate Terms, commissions validly earned before the effective date of termination remain subject to the normal validation, holding, refund, chargeback, and payout processes.
32. Changes to the Program
Sendtric may modify the Program, including commission rates, qualifying products, attribution rules, cookie duration, payout thresholds, promotional requirements, or other Program settings.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required to correct fraud, abuse, technical errors, or legal compliance issues.
Material changes may be communicated through the Affiliate portal, email, these Affiliate Terms, or another reasonable method.
Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Program terms.
If you do not agree to a change, you may discontinue participation in the Program.
33. Program Availability
Sendtric does not guarantee that the Program will remain available indefinitely.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Program.
We will use reasonable efforts to process valid commissions earned before discontinuation according to the terms applicable when they were earned.
34. No Guarantee of Earnings
Sendtric makes no representation or guarantee regarding the amount of traffic, referrals, conversions, revenue, or commissions you may generate.
Any examples of Affiliate performance or earnings are illustrative only and do not guarantee future results.
35. Confidential Information
You must not disclose or misuse non-public information provided to you by Sendtric in connection with the Program.
Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available through no breach of these Affiliate Terms or that you lawfully obtained from another source without confidentiality obligations.
36. Intellectual Property
Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Affiliate Terms, participation in the Program does not grant you any ownership interest in Sendtric trademarks, copyrights, software, websites, technology, content, data, or other intellectual property.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
37. Disclaimer
The Program and Affiliate portal are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Sendtric does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of Affiliate tracking or that tracking technology will be completely free from technical errors.
Where a technical error materially affects commission tracking, Sendtric may use reasonably available evidence to correct the affected records.
38. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sendtric will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to participation in the Program.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sendtric’s aggregate liability arising from the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Affiliate Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
39. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sendtric and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from:
- your violation of these Affiliate Terms;
- your unlawful or misleading marketing activities;
- your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights;
- your violation of privacy, advertising, anti-spam, or consumer protection laws; or
- content or representations created or distributed by you in connection with your Affiliate activities.
40. Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Affiliate Terms or the Program will be subject to the dispute resolution and jurisdiction provisions applicable under Sendtric’s Terms of Service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
41. Entire Agreement and Relationship With Other Terms
These Affiliate Terms, together with the applicable Sendtric Terms of Service and any specific Program terms communicated through the Affiliate portal, constitute the terms applicable to your participation in the Program.
If a specific Program setting concerning commission rates, cookie duration, qualifying products, or payout arrangements differs from these Affiliate Terms, the specific Program setting will control for that particular commercial term.
These Affiliate Terms control with respect to Affiliate-specific promotion restrictions and Program conduct.
42. Severability
If any provision of these Affiliate Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
43. No Waiver
Failure by Sendtric to enforce any provision of these Affiliate Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
Approval of a particular Affiliate activity does not constitute approval of other activities unless expressly stated.
44. Contact
